FlipDenim.com (http://www.FlipDenim.com), the first online community dedicated to trading, buying and selling previously-owned designer jeans is now live.

FlipDenim was the brain child of designer and stylist Emily Wallach, best known for designing handbags carried in more than 300 stores worldwide and worn by some of Hollywood's hottest celebrities. Like most fashion-obsessed ladies, Emily's closet was teeming with designer jeans that either didn't fit or no longer match her style.

So, Wallach created FlipDenim.com because she loves to shop, hates to waste, adores her designer jeans and is always looking for ways to pay them forward.

Emily turned to the dzine it team to help her build this exciting new website from scratch. It was an exciting challenge because there is no site like it out there.

FlipDenim users can trade their designer denim and walk away in another great pair for as little as the cost of a sandwich. When they log on they can purchase 'flips' for just $5 each. One 'flip' is used to list a pair of designer jeans for trade or sale and another is used to execute a trade.

In addition to setting up the website's 'flip' functionality, Emily wanted a slew of other interactive features including user wish lists, targeted search functionality, clear content and more. We're proud to say that our team came through and everyone, including Emily, is happy with the result.
