We are confident that you are going to love your new design that we guarantee our designs and programming work 100%. If you are not happy with any aspect of our design, programming, or graphics, we will keep working until you are satisfied (as long as the changes are reasonable and remain within your budget) or we will refund your money. In the event that you are not happy with the quality of the work produced, or we are not capable of completing your job in a timely fashion, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you are not serious about your design please notify us immediately. In the event that you do not want to proceed with your business plans or you wish to change the direction of your business and no longer are in need of the design you agreed upon, you will forfeit your deposit. If no work has been started on your project, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of your deposit. If we have completed more than 60% of your design, and you decide to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit. Once a design is agreed upon, the process of designing and building your website will be initiated. The Client thereafter agrees not to demand any unreasonable changes be made to the agreed upon final design. Such changes can be inordinately time consuming, and the Client therefore agrees to pay additional to effectuate them.
*The most successful designs are the ones we design. If you wish to design your project and decide to cancel because you do not like your design, you will be doing it at your expense. We will not be held responsible for your design decisions.
